Keke Palmer explains her motivation for staying active after having a baby.

Keke Palmer recently shared what motivated her to exercise months after giving birth to her son.

During an appearance on the Baby, This is Keke Palmer podcast, the Nope actress discussed not creating "unrealistic body standards" for female fans.

"It's my job." Let's not go too far. I don't want people to believe I have unrealistic expectations. 

"I can afford a trainer, meal prep, and a lot of other things," the 29-year-old explained.  "It is expensive,

" the Akeelah and the Bee star explained, "but I am investing in my career because it is my career to look good.

" It is not even my career to look attractive; it is my career option to have the type of career that I desire."

The single mother stated that she "never wants to put" pressure on anyone.

"I always want to emphasize that when I talk about fitness, health, and wellness, 'Your journey is your journey.
